Gusto ko po sanang magfile ng reklamo sa nlrc sa dati kong employer. This is the story...

When I was working sa company nila last 2009 okey naman po status namin when it comes sa salary. Habang tumatagal po ako sa kanila may mga times na partial partial na lang ang naibibigay sa akin na salary, hanggang po sa naipon at lumaki yung mga dapat nilang ibigay na salary. May mga excuses po sila o rason bakit hindi naibibigay ng buo yung salary ko. Inintindi ko naman po yung mga excuses nila. Isang taon at mahigit po akong nagwork sa company nila. Without may knowledge, nalulugi na pala ang company hanggang sa hindi na sila nagooperate ng business nila. Nagtetext po ako sa presidente at operating manager na ibigay na nila yung balance pa sa salary ko pero sinasabi nila madami pa daw problema at babayaran na lang kapag may pera na sila. Pinagbigyan ko po ulit sila hanggang sa lumipas na po ang 1 year, until now hindi pa po sila nakakabayad. Sobra sobra na po ang binigay kong panahon sa pagaantay para mabayaran ako. Pero until now, nagkakausap pa kami ng employer ko wala pa daw silang pambayad. Anong aksyon na po ba ang gagawin ko para mabayaran na nila ako ng buo?

Sana po ma-advisan niyo po ako sa problema ko...

Attorney thank you po sa reply. last week po nagkita kami ng dati kong employer na nagkakautang sa akin. Pero di kami nakapagusap personally. pero nagtext po siya na bigay ko daw yung account no. ko para hulog hulugan na lang daw niya yung utang pa nila. Kung magfafile na po ba ako sa nlrc yung amount na di pa nabayaran yun lang po ba makukuha ko or pwede ba akong magdemand ng malaki? kse ang tagal ko pong nag-antay at pinagbigyan sa mga excuses nila.
