Hi Atty..Hiwalay po ako sa asawa almost a year na...We have a 10 year old son...Before po kami maghiwalay, sabi nya na sasagutin nya ang bayad sa renta ng bahay na tinutuluyan namin...but after a month...hindi na po nia ako binigyan ng pambayad...noon pong nag demand ako...sabi nia...half lang daw ang ibibigay nia sa akin...so until now...for almost 10 months...ang ibinibigay nia ay 2,500 at un monthly tuition ng anak ko na 2,000...ako po ang sumasagot sa pagkain, kuryente at lahat ng gastos including my son's project...

Please give me advice po...

so he gives 4500 a month? how much does he earn?

yes...4,500 every month...i don't know how much he is earning right now..when he started working in his new company in 2009, his salary is Php16,000.00/month...he's not telling me how much his monthly salary is...when we are still together, he is the one in-charge with our money...he gets my money every payday and he will just give me allowance everyday...

Good evening Atty. Maari po ba ninyo akong tulungan , may dalawa po akong anak na inabandon ng tatay nila for almost 2 years , kasal po kami , at ang asawa ko po ay nasa saudi now gusto ko po sana na matulungan nyo ako para sa support ng aming mga anak na binalewala nya for 2 years , Dentist po ang asawa ko sa Saudi po siya nagtratrabaho , nilapit ko na po sa PAO pero sabi niya kailangan daw po malaman kung saan nagtatrabaho sa Saudi eh wala nga po kami communication kaya di ko po alam ang complete address niya sa Saudi. Basta po siya umalis nang hindi nagsasabi sa amin kaya po di ko siya naasikaso dahil po akoy nag aaral ng Nursing kailangan ko po kasing at ngayon po ay nakagraduate na rin po ako , wala pa po akong trabaho kaya po nahihirapan ako sa panggastos sa mga bata. Maaari nyo pa ba akong tulungan mabigyan ang mga anak ko ng support sa mga pangangailangan nila nais ko po sanang matulungan niyo din po ako kung sino ang lalapitan ko sa POEA para malaman ko ang eksakto agency at address nya sa Saudi. sai, your remedy is to file a petition for increase of support from the family court.

jmfm, ask at the Poea, and owwa.

how am i going to do that?he's not working abroad po...he is employed in a real estate company in manila...san po ba ako pede mag ask ng tulong in order for me to file a petition for chil support.
