Prision Correccional
The divorce, when obtained abroad by a foreigner spouse(or a Filipino who changed his citizenship), is valid for both spouses.

When it is obtained abroad by a Filipino, it is valid where it was decreed but it is not binding with the Philippine courts. Such divorce is not recognized here and the spouses shall still be considered to be validly married. If any or both Filipino spouses later on contracted a subsequent marriage, the second marriage is void and the party is liable for bigamy.
