Maraming Salamat.

as you said, it has to be adoption. allege abandonment and abuse by the father if he refuses to give consent to the adoption.

so the father will be informed first? ang gusto sana namin ay hindi na malaman pa ng father niya.

the court will ask you if you know how to contact the parents, it will be perjury to state a false answer and your adoption may be denied.

we know how to contact the father

pero it has been years na wala siyang initiation to contact me. so does it count as "Abandonment?" the last thing we know is may girlfriend narin iyon..

if he did not provide support, then you can argue that should be considered abandonment.

he tried to support his child. pero tinanggihan namin. pero hindi na siya nangulit pa. would that be considered?

the reason kung bakit namin tinanggihan is because may kapalit ang gusto niya. gusto niyang makuha ang bata. (mearning, dalhin dun sa bahay nila. and there is a chance na hindi na niya ibalik since he already did this before)

it will depend on what he will allege or if he will even participate.
