Tulad ng college transcript of records, certificate of employment.

At ayaw pong sabihin kun san sya nakatira.

At mukhang gusto lamang mangawarta.

in terms of settlement, any suggestions po para masettle yung issue? should we give this person 20,000 kahit wala naman syang binigay na ganon as BOND 12 years ago. parang ang unfair naman ng batas natin pag ganon.

salamat po ulit sa pag response attorney.

there is no preventing anyone from filing a case, but you will be given the opportunity to refute their claims and present your own evidence. it will be based on evidence whether the case will prosper

Hi Attorney,

It's been 14 days since the first hearing in Barangay, there's no invitation either for 2nd hearing, should we call/inquire our barangay now to know the status of the complaint?

Please please advise. Thank you.

Hi Attorney,

We'll take your advice, we'll inquire/call our Barangay.

As for your knowledge, how many days po ba dapat masundan ang unang hearing? meron po ba kami dapat request na documents mula sa barangay namin?

Thank you for your response.
