pwede bang mag kasal at pumirma ang vice mayor? valid b yun? please! need help at advice!!

dear atty.,
itatanong ko lang po kung VALID po ba na vice mayor po ang pumirma/forged sa marriage contract at walang ceremony ang nangyari basta pirmahan lang?

napilitan lang po ang bf ko na pakasalan niya yung babaeng nabuntis niya last 2004 after that ni wala ng nangyari na kahit ano sakanilang dalawa.

ngayon poh ay gusto na naming mag
file ng annulment pwede na poh ba yung grounds pra maapproved/annul yung unang kasal ng bf ko? balak na po kasi naming magpakasal. Wala namang pong magiging problema samin kung susustentuhan namin yung naging anak niya dun s babaeng nabuntis niya.

Anung unang dapat gawin at paano mag file ng annulment??

salamat po sana po ay masagot ang aking mga katanungan.

to my mind, a vice mayor who is not an acting mayor cannot solemnize marriages, but if that is to be a basis for annulment, it has to be proven that both the man and the woman believed that he did not have the requisite authority to solemnize the marriage. i recommend you look up another possible ground.

nang kinasal sila nuon yung babae ay 19y/o lang poh at nung time poh ng kasal wala din poh ang parents o kahit na sinong relatives ng bf ko ang dumating.

my evidence naman po ako na vice mayor ang naka pirma sakanilang marriage contract hindi po mismo mayor nila.

19 years old is a legal age to marry, but requires parental consent. if they did not live together after she became 21, it is she who can file for annulment based on lack of parental consent, but it has to be before she turns 26
