Arresto Menor
need legal advice po..
Last sat.(sept.
I will bring my things kung un po ang policy nila.

Seeking for your legal advice po..
Thanks in advance & more power..

my suggested remedy for you will be to send a demand letter to both the sales lady and the company, and then file a small claims case. rules on

to my mind, you will have a better chance against the sales lady, not the company. you can argue that it was made to appear that she had the authority to agree to your request.
