nagpakasal po ako dito sa pilipinas sa isang foreigner , isang malaysian. nailuwal ko na ang panganay namin ng nalaman ko kasal pala siya sa kapwa nya malaysian. hindi po sila diborsyado, at sa akin na po umuuwi ang lalaki. sabi ng asawa ko alam daw ng una nyang asawa na ikinasal kami dahil ito daw ang nagsabing panagutan ako dahil sa kadahilanang binuntis niya ako.
naguguluhan po ako sa sitwasyon, valid po ba ang kasal namin dito sa pilipinas kahit na my will mula sa unang asawang malaysian? at anong benepisyo ang makukuha ng mga anak ko kung sakali. maraming salamat po at GodBless.

if it can be proven that he had a previous marriage, then he is liable for bigamy and your marriage is void.

did you not apply for a marriage license? didn't he provide a certificate of legal capacity?
