Arresto Menor
I need your advice. The company hasn't given our pay for the 31st cutoff until now. (today is the 8th) I'm not after suing the company because it'll be a tedious process for sure, but I need to know if they'll have grounds to terminate my employment if I refuse to report to work until they've given us our full salary?

there is no provision in the labor code that supports that. you might be charged with abandonment
