attorney kumuha po ako ng motor 5 years ago pa. mga 2 months plang sakin yung motor ipinasa ko na sa iba so means may sumapo iba according kase s motortrade di na pwede isurender yung unit, hanap daw ako ng pagpapasahan nakakita naman ako.. nag pirmhan kami s motortrade sa office na sila na yung magbabayad or sasapo ng motor kaso di pala ng i transfer sa name ng kumuha kase di raw nagbayad ng transfer fee so sakin parin naka name. so kala ko ok na yun.. after 3 years.nagpadala sila sakin ng letter galing attorney na pinababayaran sakin yun unpaid balance.

pinuntahan ko yun nakasapo di na nga raw nabayaran bec of financially problem sinusurender na daw nila yun motor ayaw naman tanggapin kase may crack na. tapos kala ko ok na after 2 years nagpadala na naman yun de lumen valdez Zamora associates ng letter umabot na ng 80K un utang.. ano po gagawin ko makakapag file ba sila sakin ng criminal/ civil case? MAKUKULONG PO BA AKO?

kahit wala naman sakin un motor at hindi anman ako ang gumamit.kundi yung napagpasahan ko, tnx po salamat ng marami Crying or Very sad
