Good day atty.
Hiwalay na po ako sa aking asawa kaya lang po ay nde formal or not legal separated...more than 3 yrs na po kaming nde nag-uusap,at nde nagsasama..sa tuwing dadalawin ko po ung mga anak ko sa kanila, nde po kami nagbabatian o nag-uusap...ung mga inlaws ko lang po ang nakakausap ko...at mga anak namin...

Tanong ko lang po atty.
1. PWEDE KO PO BANG GAMITIN UNG SINGLE NAME KO, INSTEAD OF MARRIED NAME, SA PAGKUHA NG MGA NBI CLEARANCE,SSS,AT SA IBA KO PANG MGA GOV'T DOCUMENT?

you can legally use your maiden name, but you cannot force the government agencies to change your name in their records.
