Good day po!

Itatanong ko lang po sana kung magkano usually ang pagpapa-consularize ng Deed of Sale.

Assuming po na ang seller ay nasa US, sino po ba ang magpapadala nung consularized deed of sale sa buyer; yung seller po ba or yung Philippine Embassy sa US?

it will be the seller. you can ask the dfa. in europe, it's 50-75 euros
