Good day! Want to seek advice on the land that we purchased in the province that has no title, just a contract/deed of sale due to "trust." It was only probably after 10yrs, when we got sold the land to another person we learned that the contracting party that signed our agreement were not the registered owner. What case can we file against them, for us to recover the amount we paid for the said land? How long will be the processing for this kind of case and the estimated cost?
