hi! i just bought a brand new car 6 months ago pero almost every month may lumalabas na sira, can i request for a replacement unit? ayaw magopen ng back door and may sira yung ilalim,and may vibration sa dashboard etc. since under warranty inaayos naman nila pero if it is a brand new car dapat walang sira ng ilang taon.. we already talked to the manager and service manager ng dealer pero ayaw nila palitan, aayusin lang daw each time na may sira as long as na under ng warranty. i need advise please..

when you bought the car, their obligation was to deliver a brand new car, and they did that. It came with a warranty, and the are fulfilling their obligations by making repairs.

my old firm filed a case at dti for a client with a similar problem. we won at the first level, but the case was later overturned.
