Hi,
I just want to seek advice, coz im really confused, I have a son 3 yrs old, im single and the father of my child is married. Can i file for child support since the father in not working but has a business under wife's name? can i file paternity case ?

Nope..He refused ti signed the birth certificate? but i have barangay blotter that he admit that he is the father.

is this blotter sworn by him before the bgy captain? if not, you don't have much evidence that he is the father. you would have to file a case for filiation and support. your lawyer can file a motion that a dna case be conducted.

Yes,can i compel him to sign in the birth cert? do you think i will won in this case, he's not working right now, but he own business like sari sari store & computer shop but under the name of wife. he has 3 kids aside from my son. do u think i will won?
