hello. may salary loan ako sa isang lending comp and more than 1 year na ako hindi nakakabayad. hinanap nila ko sa given address ko pero hindi na ako doon nakatira. will this be reflected on my nbi? sabi kasi ng messanger eh ipapa-hit daw nila ako sa nbi. and if ever that happens, pupunta ako dun sa lending to set up payment arrangements but paano kung hindi sila pumayag na i-clear yung pangalan ko until i pay it all off? can i do something to clear my name? do i have a right to do so since may signed promisory note/payment arrangement na? thank you po

no checks issued pero i surrendered my atm card (payroll) but when i changed employer hindi ko na binigay yung new atm ko.

they will have to file a case againt your first. only when there is a warrant of arrest will there be a record at the nbi
