Good evening po attorney. naghiwalay po kami ng kalive in ko last june 10, 2009. may isang anak po kami na lalaki na ipinanganak noong october 18, 2008. simula po ng naghiwalay kami wala po syang binibigay na sustento. pag hinihingan ko naman po, lagi po nyang sinasabi na wala syang pera kasi marami din sya sinusuportahan na anak sa iba ibang babae. at lagi nya po sinasabi na wala na sya obligasyon sa anak nya sakin kasi nag-asawa na daw ako ng iba. dapat daw ang bago ko nang asawa ang bumuhay sa anak naming dalawa. humihingi po ako nang payo sa inyo kung ano ang dapat kung gawin para magkaron kami ng kasunduan na regular syang magbibigay sa akin para sa anak nya. lagi nalang po kasi nyang sinasabi na mag antay lang ako. eh magtatatlong taon na akong naghihintay, wala padin. sana po matulungan nyo ako.

send a demand letter via registered mail. if he does not comply, prepare a complaint affidavit and file it at the prosecutor's office.
