Mga Sir at Madam, need your help. I just started to work in a certain company as a Sales Rep. After our training, we signed a contract kung saan nakalagay don na magbabayad kami ng 30k once na hindi namin natapos yung 6 Months Probationary Period bilang kabayaran sa oras at panahon na nasayang. Ang problema ko po ngayon, I was planning to quit my job kasi maliit na nga ang sweldo hindi pa maganda ang management. With regards to allowances po kasi masyadong kuripot. napakaliit po ng transpo allowance namin kung ibabase sa trabaho. Aabot pa sa punto na we need to use our salary para sa transpo dahil huling dumarating ang Reimbursement/Replenishment ng expenses namin. May nahanap na po ako na lilipatan, ngayon ang worry ko po ay kung talaga po bang kailangan ko bayaran yung 30k na yun? Your replies/comment will be very appreciated. Thanks

by the way po, 1 month pa lang po ako sa company. Ang naiisip ko po na gawin ay mag - AWOL... it sounds negative po pero yun po ang sa ngayon na naiisip ko. Please I need your help.
