I filed motion of desistance for r.a. 9262 last year, is there any motion to reverse it so I can go on with the case? Thank you.

was the case dismissed provisionally or final?

in your affidavit, what was the reason you stated?

be aware that if you recant your desistance (or any sworn statement for that matter) there is a risk in the form of a perjury charge or obstruction of justice. it is disappointing that you play around with the court's time and resources on your whim for whatever reason. make up your mind because the court and the accused will have well-founded grounds to sanction you for making dishonest representations.
