Im a legal wife po. I just got the information today that he really have sold one of our properties(even know who the buyers are) and enjoying the sales with his concubine on shopping and trips while my children remain without his support. This is too painful for me. What can i do? How was he able to sell the property without my signature? I thought that any one of the spouses cannot dispose/sell any property without the signature of the other?
Can i sue the buyers too?

was there a title to the property? go to the Register of Deeds and request for a copy of the Deed of Sale. Your signature may have been falsified.

you can file a case to annul the sale so that the property will be returned. and if there was falsification, you can file criminal charges also against those involved.

has the title been transferred? does it state on the title that he is married to you?

please see post no. 2 on what case you can file.
