Idea [b] Neutral In the Phil. how do we settle the problem of inheritance of the properties left by the parents to their children without their last will ( eg. they had a fatal accident )? Now if they have four children with one unwed but of legal age do they all have an equal share to inherit? Is it true that the eldest child has more right to divide the properties left by their parents? How about the unwed one, will he/she have more share of the inheritance? Thanks
