did the father sign the birth certificate? my recommendation is to look for NGOs who provide legal assistance where the father resides

attorney, regarding support, what is deemed reasonable or unreasonable? how can a woman claim that it's not enough? is it based on the guy's income? how about the woman's responsibility on financial support? isn't it valid to ask the woman to provide an amount equal to what is given monthly by the father? what if the situation were reversed, is it valid and legal for the man to demand child support from the woman? who is considered legally obligated to provide child support and to what extent? i don't mean any offense, i'm just curious about the law and equality. thanks!

make a realistic computation of the needs of the child. both parents are required to support the child. there is no formula here, but you can research the formulas used in australia.

atty. i just want to ask what possible case can i file for my ex who is currently working for almost 7years in malaysia, stable i must say,i tried to talk to him and agreed that he will give monthly support for our son,but after the last time he sent money for the kid it was march i remember, he just refuses to answer our calls.,there are times that he would pick up and wont talk even if he hears the voice of his son, then worst he would drop the call.my mom said that we can have an amicable settlement first, but if that doesn't work then that will be the time to sue him, what can you say atty.?
