Good day Atty.,

Thank you po sa site na ito. Gives us hope about our problem. Meron po nangutang sa akin ng 30k, papel nila sa house ang collateral. One year lang po ang contract namin. Kaso after 2 years bigo parin sila ibalik un kabuuan ng pera dahil me iba silang priority na utang kaya nineneglect nila yun contract namin. Nagpadala na po ako ng final demand letter kaso bigo deadma parin sila. Sa Las pinas city sila nakatira, ako po sa Paranaque. Ang mga tanong ko po ay:

1.Saan po ba appropriate mag-file ng SCC? Dapat po ba sa dun sa area of residence nila or may choice ako na dito sa City namin?

2. Yun pong demand letter ko, phsically nakuha nila kaso ayaw po nila pirmahan un receiving copy. Pinagawa ko po ng affidavit un nagdeliver as witness. Valid po ba yun letter at affidavit na attachment dun sa case na ihahain ko?

2. Kung sakali po na hindi po ulit sila tumupad sa agreement namin sa court. Ano pong aksyon ang puede kong gawin, puede na po ba itong gawin criminal case?
