good day.

i have a cousin po who was registered twice ang birth certificate nya.

the only way daw ay ipa DELETE muna ang FIRST RECORD before sila mag release ng bagong NSO.

ano po ang pwede naming gawin at ma eexpedite po ba ito kasi need nya na po for her employment abroad kasi may Certificate of Eligibility na po sya from the country na inaplayan nya at kelangan lang ang BC for Embassy filing.

pakiadvise po...salamat.

it will take a court petition to delete an Nso record. the first bc is the valid one.
