gusto ko pong malaman kong pwede akong magkaso ng unjust vexation dahil sa hinaharrass akong pumirma sa agreement na ayaw ko.

so you are no longer going to work? you might be terminated for abandonment. yes, you can file a complaint for unjust vexation, but can't you file a grievance with your HR or higher management?

actually my advice to you is to put your position in writing. if you have proof of this harassment, you can file a case of unjust vexation. good luck.

ung kapatid ko po kasi sinabihan ng prof nya na " ang ganda mo nga kaso wala ka na mang utak" sa harap ng classmates nya kasi po hindi nya nasagot ung question ng prof nya at lowest xa sa exam. umiyak kapatid ko kasi napahiya xa at ngayon nag ssuffer na xa ayaw na mag aral dahil nahihiya xa sa ginawa ng prof nya anu po ba pwedeng ikaso dun pls. thanks in advance!

goodmorning po. i want to know po if we have rights. actually my husband, he is working po as fitness instructor in a big company, one of the seniors there is imposing some ground rules, isa po is yung mag extra 1 hour cover time sa gym without pay as sanction sa bawat late so hindi po pumayag ang husband ko and had a meeting with the said senior and sinabi po na against sa labor code ang pinagagawa nya na magpa extra work without pay dahil sa late while deducted naman po sa sweldo ang mga late nila. so they had an agreement that they will stick to the general rules and not with the ground rules of the said senior, now that senior has reported to the general manager saying bakit daw po kailangan pa namin magsumbong sa dole about the case at bakit nya daw po pinagkakalat sa ibang co workers ang nangyari sa pinagusapan, while hindi naman po nya ginagawa yun, we just tried to check dole for the labor code and rights of employee. now that said senior po ay medyo mainit sa kanya, if ever po ba bigyan nila ng unjust sanction meron po ba sya right magreklamo. isa pa po is ina-accuse po ssya ng insubordination dahil nga daw po di nya sinusunod yun ground rule na kailangan mag extra/overtime without pay as sanction for being late. thanks po hope to hear from you so that we know what to do.

do you mean they gave him a notice to explain? or you are just speculating they might take disciplinary actions against him?
