Hi there!

Im just seeking an advice..I know it will eat up your time but I hope you''ll take a time reading it and respond.

I know I have the same problem with some customers of smartbro.. I signed up for smartbro service june this year and then I need to move out due to personal reasons.. Before I moved out, I called them and ask what's the process in transferring the service to other area. They told me that I need to pay around Php1,400. I dont have the money back then because I need to attend to my mom's medications... Instead of paying the Php1,400, I decided to leave it to my old address and then sign up again for a new one september this year.. I'm only 23 years old and the breadwinner for the family. I'm too scared what might happen. I'm very much concern if they would really sue me / have my name blacklisted in NBI...I also sent them an email/msg saying that I'd disconnect the service..

Please help.. Thank you so much!
