Thank you very much po. God bless.

you can try to file a case of economic abuse against him. allege an address where someone will send him the subpoena once received. if it is filed in court, the prosecution can request for cancellation of his passport, but no guarantee that it will be granted

attorney, how many years po ba allowed isang factory worker na bumalik sa Taiwan. sabi kc ng brother nya malapit na daw matapos anf contract nya, pang 6th year na po nya ngayon.

also, pag umuwi po sya na kasama ang babae nya, pwede ko po ba silang kasuhan? ano pong case pwede kong ifile against them and may possibility po ba na makulong sila? i want to see both of them in jail po.

the girl has been harassing me many times po, through phone calls and text messages telling me na kukunin daw nila ang anak ko. i really wanted to put this girl in jail po dahil po sa paninira nya sa pamilya ko. pls. advice. thanks po.

their living in together was committed outside the philippines, so if you file a case of concubinage, it will not prosper.

please refer back to my previous message. that is my advice to you. you don't have to wait for him to come back.
