magtatanong lang po. kasal po aq sa asawa ko for 23 yrs. last year nagpakasal po cia sa vietnam. pero sa plagay ko po di legal. Pagtratrabaho po sa abroad ang trabaho ng asawa ko. Last year nadistino po cia d2 sa pilipinas ng halos isang taon. Nagppunta po d2 yung babae na pinakasalan nia sa vietnam. Ang sabi po sa akin nung babae buntis daw cia.

Ngayun po nasa Australia na ang asawa ko Family status po ang binigay ng visa sa kanya.

Ang sabi po sa akin nun babae magfifile daw po ang asawa ko ng legal seperation sa australia. Para makuha yung vietnamese wife. Pwede po ba yun. Ang asawa ko yung may ginawang mali. Grounds po ba yun sa Legal separation? Tama po bang cia ang magfile. Sa una pa lang cla yung may ginawang mali at hindi ako. Pwede po bang ciang mag file ng legal separation o annulment.Nagpakasal cia bgo cia nag file???

Alam ko po na pwede ko ciang kasuhan ng bigamy or 9262.

Sa palagay nio po Sa kaso po namin naiibibigay po ba ang legal separation or annulment. Hindi po ako ang magfifile yung asawa ko na may vietnmese wife at buntis sa ngayun.

i cannot speak for australian law.

it has not been decided whether if the the second marriage is celebrated outside the philippines, it can be charged with bigamy. this could be a good test case, but you will need their authenticated marriage certificate. maybe they registered it in the philippine embassy, but unlikely.

Pero pwede po cia magfile ng legal separation or annulment d2 sa atin? Kahit cia yung may ginawang mali?

ask ko lang po qng magffile ng annulment ang asawa at kasabay po nun pwede ko din po ba kasuhan ang asawa ko ng ra 9262?

sa grounds po kase ng annulment parang insanity lang yung pwede. at hindi naman nia mappatunayan isa sa amin ang wala sa pagiisip. kung hindi po aq makikicooperate sa annulment pwede po ba itong di maipatupad?
Dun pong ibang mga kaso ng annulment anu pong ang kalimitan grounds na ginagamit nila. o ito po ba ay pinaguaspan na ng magasawa bago pa ifile ang kaso?

yes, you can file 9262.

perhaps you mean psycho incapacity, not insanity. you are not obliged to cooperate, but this will mean you will remain married to him and frustrate his intention to be separated from you.

even if he wins, you can appeal all the way to the supreme court. rarely does the supreme court allow an annulment.

ah kapag nag appleal sa supmremcourt bihira yung naaallow na annulment.

qng papayag kase aq sa annulment madaming mawawala. ist my daughter are already on med school other one 3rd year propper sa dentistry. baka di ko kase cla mapagtapos qng maaannul un kasal namin. for the sake of our childen magtitiis tiis muna cguro aq. over 21 na kse cla baka di na mabigay qng magpapaannul kami.
