Hi atty,

How exactly is harassment defined in the Philippine labor code? if a manager deliberately creates a hostile working environment for a subordinate, would that fall under harassment?

like he would single me out of the entire team, and make accusations that are not true. even spreading rumors that are not true. last time i heard he was planning to have the team conspire against me to transfer me to a different team. he even told me na "mag-resign ka na lang."

moderator
you can make a case for constructive dismissal, but if you can prove your allegations, it may be better to make a complaint to higher authorities in the company first.
