Paano po kung ayaw isunod ng ama sa apelyido nya yung anak ko?

Nilihim nya po sakin ng isang taon ang pagkatao nya pati pangalan nya. Ako lang din po nakatuklas. Nalaman ko na may asawa sya nung 3 months na akong buntis. Gusto kong i-apelyido sa kanya ang anak ko pero ayaw nya dahil DAW mauungkat lahat dahil tatakbo daw syang vice mayor. 5 months old na po ang anak ko ngayon, nag susustento naman po sya, ang iniisip ko lang po baka dumating yung araw na mawawalan ng mana ang anak ko sa kanya dahil whindi naka-apelyido sa ama. Ano po ba ang dapat kong gawin kung ayaw iapelyido ng ama ng anak ko sa kanya? Ano po mga karapatan ng anak ko? Ano kailangan kong gawin para maiapelyido ang anak ko sa kanya?

Hindi po sya nakapirma. Basta ayaw nya lang po iapelyido sa kanya pero di naman nya daw tinatakwil ang anak namin. Hanggang ngayon di ko pa din pinaparehistro ang birth certificate ng anak ko. Pwede bang nakapirma lang sya kahit wala dun ang pangalan nya at hindi naka-apelyido sa kanya? Kasi balak ko po papirmahan sa kanya yun pag nagkita kami.

it's not necessary that the child will use the surname of the father. he can sign the birth certificate and you can inform the registrar that the surname will be that of the mother.

of his name won't appear in the birth certificate at all but he will execute a separate affidavit of admission of paternity. if he doesn't, you will have no proof that he is the father
