kung hindi cla kasal e illegitimate child ung niece mo. ang apilyedong gagamitin nya ay ung sa nanay and ung parental authority ay sa nanay din

BRIONES vs. MIGUEL 440 SCRA 455 (2004)
The law explicitly confers to the mother sole parental authority over an illegitimate child; it
follows that only if she defaults can the father assume custody and authority over the minor

Under the Revilla Law (thanks attylll! Smile ), an illegitimate child can now use the surname of the father. No prob with that.

What are the issues that you want to resolve?

Legitimacy of your neice? or Yung pagkuha ng bata sa inyo? Smile
