good day atty,
I have a cousin who recently applied for a NBI clearance (naglakas loob) last Monday. Ang scenario po eh may hit sya ,w/c is expected kasi, dinawit sya sa illegal recruitment case na nai-file sa kanila ng mga applicant daw nila before (by the way this was since 2004 pa daw po). Hope to read a reply from you atty, naaawa po kasi ako sa cousin ko na personally alam kong wala talaga syang kasalanan dun. its been 6 years yet wala po syang mapasukang trabaho. thank you atty in advance.

was he arraigned in any of these cases which was dismissed by the court? if not, there is no double jeopardy.
