good day po...ang asawa ko po ay nasa barko..march 26,2011 nasuntok po nya yung kasamahan nya sa trabaho..nagsampa po ung nasuntok nya ng kaso sa baranggay..at nagkasundo po sila at nagpirmahan na settle na lang nila at magbabayad na lang nga danyos...at napagkasunduan din nila na sa working place na nila sila magbabayaran..at may katibayan po kami na kopya ng kasunduan nila..nung araw na nung kasunduan nya...dumating ang asawa ko pro ayaw na humarap nung lalaki na bayaran sya at cnabi nya sa asawa ko na hintayin na lang ang subpoena...lumipas ang mga buwan..wala namang dumating na subpoena...kaya nuong july..sumampa na sya sa barko..at ngaung dec 5..may dumating na resolution letter d2 sa amin at ang asawa ko was charge with the said complain(slight physical injuries)...sinabi din sa sulat na my husband was failed to appear in the preliminary investigation na ndi naman nag tutugma kase in fact nga nagpirmahan na sila sa baranggay..ano po ba ang dapat naming gawin gayong ang asawa ko is still onboard?..ano po mga posibleng maaring pang mangyari pagkatapos nitong notice na pinadala nila sa amin...
sana po ay matulungan nyo po aq...

moderator
file a motion for reconsideration so your husband will be allowed to file a counter affidavit. the court might already schedule an arraignment and if he does not appear, a warrant of arrest will be issued.
