Ano po legal action dapat naming gawin pra mamalis sya as witness .

is it intended that she will lie when she becomes a witness?

the court might ask her to be arrested if she does not appear.

you can file a manifestation in court with a doctor's certificate.

but the bigger problem is who will take care of your mother if you won't allow her to testify?

It will not be a problem because if the will be open and all the dogs will be taken together with all the padlocks we can go inside the house to help our mother. I think this will will be another court action what can we do take all 13 dogs inside the house and the padlocked gates and doors.

you can file a separate case of petition for habeas corpus so that your mother will be brought out to you.
