Good day Atty.

Ask ko lang po kung ano po ang mga rights ng isang contractual employee, kasi nakalagay po kasi sa contract na pinirmahan ko na entitled ako sa overtime pay kaso bigla po na lang sinabi ng employer ko na wala ng mag oovertime offset na lang ang gagawin nila para hinde na nila byaran yung overtime ko, so wala po ako nagawa kundi sumunod na lang. Nakalagay din po sa contract na pinirmahan ko na ang pasok ko po ay from Monday to friday 10hrs everyday,tapos bigla na lang po nila binago without memo or notice ,na gagawin na lang nila every other day ang pasok ko 10hrs a day even saturday and sunday.parang hinde na po kasi nasusunod yung contract na pinirmahan ko, sa tingin nyo po ba tama yung ginagawa ng employer ko atty?

note: yung contract po pala na pinapirmahan sa kin atty Dated ng january 2011 pero pina sign sa kin nitong Oct.2011 lang
