I have a lot of questions regarding the child support for my kids from their father. We are still married when he had an affair with other woman (his wife now they got married when our marriage was annulled). His wife was always mad and wanted to let him stop giving the support for my 2 kids,he gave exactly 3,000/mo.since 1997 and it stopped by Feb.of 2010.This happened when he signed an affidavit to let his wife claim all his income/salary at the gov' I file complain at the grievance committee in the office but nothing happened and I ask the brgy. if they could help us settle the support but still he insist not to give and did not sign the transcript. It is hard for me to make it easy they're known politician in that city.
He took the bar this it possible for me to file a petition to disbar him if he pass the exam?

even if your marriage was annulled your he is still obliged to give support to his child under the family code (

If you can prove that he was having an affair during your marriage that would support your case for disbarment.
RULE 139-B (Rules of Court 1997)
Section 1. How Instituted. — Proceedings for the disbarment, suspension, or discipline of attorneys may be taken by the Supreme Court motu propio, or by the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) upon the verified complaint of any person. The complaint shall state clearly and concisely the facts complained of and shall be supported by affidavits of persons having personal knowledge of the facts therein alleged and/or by such documents as may substantiate said facts.
