Arresto Menor
Fact:
a. my father died nov 2011
a. my dad was married to his first wife 1974.(marriage certificate had lots of wrong informations like the birthdate of my father and the place of birth and signature,
ex. date of birth: January 6, 1948 (January 15, 1948) it is how it is written.

b.they had a daughter who is now 35 or 37 years old.

c. my dad and his first wife separated between 1984-1986 due to personal problems (not annuled)

d. my dad met my mother 1987 and there are ttwo fruits to their love. i was born july 1988 and my brother was born may 1993. (both outside marriage. )

e. my fathers's first wife died 1996 and my parents, mom and dad, got married in 1998..

i understood that we are illegitimate and i undertood that. all properties tha tmy dad and mom had were uinder their marriage except for one. the house were we are staying now. my dad named it in 1991 to his first wife due to loan reasons.(since my parents wer not yet married that time. ) but in 2010 my half sister signed a waiver of rights to the said property a.. and title now is named to my dad and mom..

also, my father died not signing one of the deed of sales of another property. is it possible (my mom is also advised) that my mom will present death certificate of my father and the title of the property would be something like JUana Delacruz, widow.....? my sister has her share also?

we have good relationship before but after my dad died she became different she is claiming her rights daw.. but i felt like manipulated by them because we dont have lawyer and she has. on a certain or fisrst contract of my father in a hsare of stock.. her atty drafted an agrrement like... "shraes will be divided among the heirs equally...

i just want to know po if to what extent is her right .. and i want to make sure that my mom will get her rightfully share.. are ther any formula to know the division of estate.. among us.. thank you so much.. will appreciate your reply.
