1 Legal marriage / Annulment on Tue Jan 03, 2012 6:41 am

Mr. R

Arresto Menor
I would just like to ask if my marriage can be considered legal when the signature of my father was forged? I was young and not in the right age to make heavy decisions at that time. We are now separated for 3 years. I just recently checked with NSO and found out that my marriage was registered. Will that be a enough to be grounds for nullity? How much is the average total cost for such proceedings? I want to file an annulment the soonest and I don't know where to start. Can you point me to the right direction or a lawyer? hoping for your response. thanks.
