Good day. Nagkaroon po ako ng kaso sa company namin, tampering time card. humingi po ng explanation letter ang boss at nagbigay naman ako. 2 months na po ang nakakalipas nun.

Wala pong verdict na bumaba after 2 months, so akala ko tinanggap ang explanation na ginawa ko.

So after 2 months, nagfile po ako ng resignation letter, tinanggap naman ng boss ko. 1 day after ko mag file ng resignation, kinausap ako ng boss, hindi daw tinanggap ang resignation ko dahil 2 weeks ago daw po ay may lumabas nang decision na terminated na daw po ang employment ko, hindi lang nila kaagad inilabas. dahil dito, wala po akong makukuhang anumang benefits tulad ng separation pay, etc. plus ang record ko pa ay terminated.

hindi po ba dapat ay RESIGNED ako at hindi TERMINATED since nauna ako magfile ng resignation?

KARAPATANmo pong malaman ang katotohanan.

1.Bakit ka pa nila pinagtrabaho ng dalawang(2) linggo kung sisante ka na po pala, di po ba ito ay panloloko?

2.Bakit hindi daw po nila kaagad inilabas?

3.Bakit po ang tagal ng proseso nila sa pag-iimbestiga kung totoo nga ang dahilan mo?

Hindi po kaya ayaw lang nila ikaw bayaran, kaya ginamit nila iyong pagkakamaling inakusa nila sa iyo 2 buwan na ang nakakaraan.

you are not legally entitled to separation pay if you resign. did they hand you a notice that you are terminated?

meron pong binigay na notice ng termination 1 day after ko mag file ng resignation.
