good day! just want to ask something. they already filed the adultery case and with all the pictures on it. the question is, is it possible that they do have a surprise evidence? and can they use it and will the court accept it?
thank you!

is it filed at the prosecutor or already at the court? if they didn't present the evidence during pre-trial, you can object.

it's called prelim investigation at the prosecutor level. what you should focus on is filing your counter affidavit.

adultery is the act of a married woman having sexual intercourse with another man. if those pics don't show that, they're not sufficient.
