Good Morning!

My loan po ung mother in-law ko sa PS Bank wayback 2008 amounting to Php 20,000. Since then po hindi nahulugan ung loan na un hanggang sa mawalan po ng work ung mother in-law ko. Mula po nung ngloan at hindi nakakabayad ung mother in-law ko wala po siyang natatanggap na notice from the bank regarding sa status ng loan nia. After 3 years po my nagpunta po sa brgy. namin na person na nagpapakilala na employee po xa ng bank at my dala po xang letter tungkol dun sa loan ng mother in-law ko stating n dapat daw with-in 3days upon received eh kelangan nia pong bayaran ung total amount of Php 30,000 kasama na daw po ung tubo dun. However, ung letter po na un eh wala pong seal ng bank ang signature ng current manager ng banko. After 3days po nagtitxt at tumatawag po ung tao na un at naniningil ng sapilitan dahil kng hindi dw po eh kakasuhan nia ung mother in-law ko,kaya po nakapg-compromise po ung mother in-law ko after 3days eh mgbabayad xa kahit partial dun sa tao na un na nagbigay ng bank account kng saan pinapahulog nia ung partial payment. Dumating po ung 3days eh wala nmn po maibayad ung mother in-law ko kaya ngbalak po xa na magtago pero nung araw din na un eh hindi nmn po dumating ung tao na naniningil. Tapos after mga 4 mos po eh nagpadala n2mn ng letter ung tao na un na if hindi mkkpgbayad eh kakasuhan nia ung mother in-law ko ng criminal case. Anu po b dapat gawin ng mother in-law ko para ma verify kng talagang totoo po un?Saka anu2x po b ang pupwedeng paraan para ma-reduce ung interest ng niloan nia?Maaari po bng irequest sa bangko un kasi sa ngaun po eh walang trabaho pareho ang mother in-law saka father in-law ko.

i do not believe any criminal case will prosper because failure to pay a debt is not a crime. negotiate for a schedule of payment. i'm sure you used the four months to save up because the loan does not go away.
