Gud pm,
Need an advice regarding po s situation ko.
I got pregnant when I was still single and I know married n po ung biological father ng anak ko, who happens to be my officemate.
To save me from kahihiyan, pinakasalan po ako ng ex boyfriend ko and we got married and inako nya ang anak ko. Now, ung isa ko pong office mate, is trying to blackmail me n kakasuhan nya po ako kasi po may nadiscover po ako n di maganda about s work nya.I worked in government, ngayon po, ask ko lang po if makaksuhan po b nya ko regarding s nag kaanak ako s isang may asawa? I'm worried po n baka mawala ang PRC license ko pag po nagprosper ang kaso. thank po for the advice n maibibigay nyo.

Ano naman daw ang ikakaso niya sa iyo? adultery is not possible for him/her to use.

having a relationship with a married person is considered immorality. marrying him is bigamy

Hi po. I discovered that my husband is having an affair with his officemate. We have a son, and I'm now 8mos pregnant but he abandoned us. I dont know if they are living together. Is "having a relationship with a married person is considered immorality" subject for termination in his office? I already went to his office to file a complaint sa HR, pero sabi ng HR kelangan ko daw i-put into writing duly notarized. So I made my draft, kaso di pala pde sa mga notarizing offices yung complaint ko, dapat daw attorney talaga mag sa sign.

She did not mention kung ano po ang ikakaso nya. wala n naman po kming relasyon nung biological father ng anak ko. but may communication pa rin po kami because of our daughter, kinakamusta lang po nya from time to time. I did not admit in the office na anak ng officemate ko ung daughter ko, dinedeny ko po s knila to stop the rumors. pwede po b n kasuhan nya ako ng immorality, although wala n po kaming relasyon ng father ng anak ko? thanks po/.

r2, you yourself can sign that document, but i think what they meant is that only the notary himself, who is a lawyer, should personally sign and notarize your complaint. look for a proper notary. as for your docs, it depends on what is on those pics, but i am inclined to say that's not solid evidence.

riv, if immorality, that can be an admin case

there has to be evidence of the relationship for the complaint to prosper. please don't use text spelling.
