Arresto Menor
Magandang araw po atty. magtatanong lang po ako about sa promissorynote:

1. may pinirmahan po akong promissorynote sa isang kilalang hospital with a co-maker noong 2009 at dalaga pa po ako nun, ngayon po bang may asawa na ako at kung sakaling magkaroon kami ng conjugal property ng asawa ko pwede po ba nila itong kuhanin?

2. may expiration po ba ang promissorynote? if yes ilang years po ba bago maging invalid ang promissorynote?

3. mahigit 2 years na po ang nakakaraan at wala po akong natatanggap na demand letter sa kanila, pwede pa po ba nila akong habulin kahit ilan pa ang taon na magdadaan?

Sana po ay masagot ninyo ang aking mga katanungan, maraming salamt po

pwede po ba silang automatic na magsampa ng civil case kahit wala pa po akong natatanggap na demand letter mula sa kanila?

depends if promissory note says if demand is unnecessary and they sent it to your address stated there
