1 Issuing Cheque on Tue Jan 24, 2012 2:14 pm

Arresto Menor

I need clearance from my previous Company who has banned me of 300K. For them to release documents that I needed, I am suppose to issue post dated checks.

Since the need for the document is asap, I am thinking of providing post dated checks and will be asking them to sign a document that all those checks are for the said Employment bond.

If ever po ba na i-raise ko to sa DOLE and would find favor (if ever), posible po ba na mabawi yun mga checks na naissue?

that's very dangerous. you can charged with bp 22 if those checks are not funded.

i would recommend that you explain the situation with your employer, or try to get the company to issue a certificate of employment instead
