just a help for my co-worker. Last December 23,2011. Naaksidente sya sa loob mismo ng company namin. Naputol yung left ring finger nya sa 1 cutting machine. He was just given a 1 month leave from our company. and nothing else...

May pananagutan ba yung company namin sa kanya?other says that every finger daw has the equivalent amount?how much po ang dapat ibayad in terms kapag ring finger yung naputol?

May mahahabol pa po ba yung kasamahan ko?since nakabalik na po sya sa company from his 1 month sickleave?

not the employer but the SSS and the employment compensation commission.

if you will go after the employer, you have to prove negligence in court.
